Corporate Wellness Day with Under Armour
Our team conducted a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) for the Under Armour staff at their office, with the support of a designated meeting room provided by Under Armour to facilitate the assessments. To ensure an efficient process, we organized the staff into small groups and guided them through each movement of the screening protocol.
